You have a well understanding of lighting but the amount coming from the hammer should probably be at least the same as the tempered metal since they're about as bright as one another. You could probably also crop the image as the extra empty space isn't serving anything much.

RHIN0SAURUS responds:

Thanks! This is really helpful.

Whatever this is, the contrast is much too low to see anything. You can't make something dark and spooky if no one can even see what it is.

DarkBlade12447 responds:

Dude, the name says "Death spinning eyeball" People can see what it is. Kys\

:D

Not bad! The head looks wobbly though.

Astro-reality responds:

Haha thank you, its a bit of a shame that the camera didnt show the drawing in better detail, but I think in the original drawing the head was a bit wobbly too.

The details and lighting in some parts are well done but the pose is really unbalanced and the visual effects is lacking in quality.

Use any other color (preferably a good contrasting but muted color) but white for backgrounds. It'll help you determine what colors to use for the main subject. Since you seem to favor drawing portraits you might want to check some references (drawing references help a lot more for starters compared to real photos) for the details of body parts to better improve your art as a whole.

The colors are too confusing; probably due to the lack of contrast (the colors are mostly cold and saturated; not very balanced). A shame really since the finer details of the image is pretty good. The pose too, while definitely ambitious, might need a little tweaking since the silhouette gets unclear without the contrast.

On the other hand I like the little story!

Spankii-Sphiinx responds:

Phew man oh man tell me about it coloring is like my weakness , I spent like seven hours just trying to figure out what colors I liked on her and then figuring out if I wanted cells or soft . After all that i posted it still a tad upset with it and not knowing why haha and then you point it out right away haha holy crap thank you broham.

Wait, is the demon haunting the asylum or is it a patient? Please be the latter.
.
Anyway... The inking is done well (especially the horns!), really strengthening the muted colors. I feel like more could be done for this piece in terms of composition and background environment, but it's still quite exceptional! Well done.

Matlactliomei responds:

he is haunting the asylum hahaha, thank you for the review it is really appreciated

This would slay the pixel horror game genre.

Damn dude if you didn't put the shadow for the woman in I think it would've been really spine chilling.

No, I hate it, it's creepy can't be unseen, oh gawd I'm gonna have nightmares.
.
But from an artist's point of view, the way you render the eyes is really appealing (though perhaps a tad too large)! The body is lacking compared to the face, but you've made some improvements in your latest works.
