Excellent lineart!

Needs polishing but I like the color choice!

DevilRat responds:

I fucking agree. It definately needs polish, but the color choices are the only way to drag it along... I felt like it was rushed. Though my next work won't.... I am shocked at the status though being twenty five despite I kinda intended it to be ignored. I am more happy with other works. Despite the failing anatomy...

It's pretty good so far!

The art is good though colors could be less monotone. More dark colors might also be good for the dark theme.

Title could've been more subtle, eesh.

MrCarlKarlson responds:

We would've went for a more serious title but then people would think this was serious. Thanks for the advice though!

The lighting is really good, damn. The real question is does this ship with the bathwater too?

Mishythesheep responds:

I mean if she is down for a collaboration I'm down lol !!

Not sure what the character is, but I love the colors! They blend really well. Some of the characteristics also stand out, giving that slightly spooky but still childish aesthetics.

IkaroKruz responds:

Thanks for the feedback! :D

You should post more. Great work!

Great work on the perspective!

The details and the angle are definitely much better on the new version but I feel like too much of the painting is taken up by the giant rock. Maybe it would look better if it was slightly more closeup?

HappytoDraw responds:

Yeah you might be right Marckello. I wanted a sense of big scale to up the epic factor, so I threw in the mountain rock. The distant perspective serves the same purpose as with the rock described above. I do agree that the rock distracts the viewer a bit(it claims a little to much space). And yes, I’m a tad fond of drawing rocks also;) thanks for the constructive critique!

Love the pose and expression! Really gives off a strong and confident vibe from the character.
The lighting on the character seems to imply a sunset or sunrise setting while the background sky is obviously noon. Regardless of skin color, maybe a less yellow/warm lighting would fit better with the background?

JamersonH responds:

Thanks for your input and I see what you're saying about the lightning. I will will take that into account next time!
